Browser-based GUI sessions on Hemera
You can various types of GUI on a compute node using your web browser.
- Go to https://hemera.rs.gsu.edu/.
- From the “TReNDS Interactive Apps” menu select which application you want to launch. using “TReNDS Interactive Desktop” will launch a fully-fledged desktop session, for example.
- Select appropriate configurations and launch.
Note on X11
X11 apps are no longer officially supported on the Arctic cluster.
